Testing, Adjusting and Balancing 
We perform TAB of Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems on
commercial, government  and industrial sized projects.  A few examples of the
systems that we work with are:  small split-system heat pumps, large commercial
variable air volume (VAV) systems, constant volume air handlers, welding fume
hoods, and paint spray booths.

Additionally we perform TAB of hydronic systems consisting of heating and chilled
water such as boilers, pumps, heat exchangers, converters, chillers, evaporative
coolers, cooling towers, fluid coolers, dual temperature, ethlyene glycol and four pipe
fan cool units.

Indoor Air Quality
We specialize in indoor air quality (IAQ) testing and investigation. We test and
analyze indoor air quality conditions and investigate existing IAQ problems and
concerns.  See our IAQ page for more detailed information.

Maintenance Planning
We work together with your building maintenance personnel to devise a maintenance
plan which can be used to insure comfort and help prevent IAQ complaints and
concerns.

Air Duct Leakage Testing
We also provide air duct leakage testing as per the Sheet Metal and Contractors
National Association (SMACNA) specifications to determine allowable leakage
rates based on the type of system leakage classification and system seal class
characteristics.

Sound level Testing
We provide sound level testing services such as when there is a dispute of unacceptable          noise levels from a certain piece of mechanical equipment or diffuser. We can measure           sound pressure levels within different octave levels to determine if the sounds created are within design tolerances.
